With Xfinity you have the following services as part of your quarterly assessments

Upgrades with Xfinity that will occur mid to later 2025.

• 1 gig upload and 1 gig download

• New router/modem in all homes

• Free WiFi extender for homes that need it after a remote analysis is completed

• WiFi in the Parks and RV Lot

• Eastwood TV channel

The cabana is located at 150 Cavan Lane and gives all residents access to the community room, pool (open from dawn to dusk), and our tennis courts and pickle ball courts (With lights).

Westgate Park has a playground, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, a softball field, 2 pavilions, and tennis courts (does not have lights)

Freedom Park has a playground, soccer field, basketball, walking path, and a pavilion

​

All pavilions and the community room are able to reserve for personal events.

​

The Recreational fields and tennis courts are available, to be reserved, by sports teams or leagues that at least 25% of participation is Eastwood Residents.
